Hi

I have recently purchased version 10 and activated it but when I try to Print/preview. I receive the message

'System error. Object reference not set to an instance of an object'

I am then invited to email Technical support - which I did- having first redownloaded and installing again.

Any suggestions please

regards

Tony

I just want to say thanks to Mark Miller for all the time he has put in helping me over the past 4/5 days to sort out a problem which in truth I should have picked up on day one.
It is very rare to get this level of support anywhere these days so thank you Mark.

Appreciate it

Thanks for the swift reply.

I have updated to version 10.00.009 but still have the same problem with the same error message.

regards

Tony

Can you make sure you are running the latest version. This may be a bug that has been fixed. Go to the Help menu and check for updates to get the latest version.
