Is there a way to change your whole pattern to enlarge it or make it smaller once you have completed it?

It depends on what you mean by enlarge it or make it smaller.

If you mean the exact pattern with no changes, just stitching with smaller/larger count fabric, there's no need to change anything. Just note that the estimates of floss usage (not that accurate to begin with) will be far different. The pattern itself shows one size but is actually independent of that count (default is 14 count).

If you mean by adding/removing areas of stitching, you can do that by adding/removing rows and columns of stitches wherever you want!

If you just want a "border" to be added, for example, add twice the number of rows and columns (starting from row/column 1) and then use the center tool to shift half of each to the other side. Then add your border.
