How can I only just print the legend portion of the pattern?

In the Print/Preview dialog, make sure the check mark is on the "Print Instruction Sheet" box in the lower right section. Just above that, click on "None" for the "Grid Pages Print Range" section. Result - ONLY the instruction page with the symbol legend and any special instructions.
