Just wanted to acknowledge and thank Dragonlair for just being such a fantastic contributor to this community - She is quick to respond and just so incredibly helpful offering help and sharing her vast knowledge. She's always there with a solution, suggestion or idea and just a generally delightful person here! Its great knowing that you can come here with a question or issue and she is always her to help. I'm sure I am not alone in my appreciation for all she does. Many thanks Diane!

Thank you for your words.

I could say it's my job as admin but the fact is - I enjoy helping people!

I've used various versions of PCStitch for over 20 years now. There are many aspects that I do not use but I try to work out what each person's problem happens to be - either bug or user error. I've made my share of those, too!

If I can't figure it out (like the recent problem that turned out to me a change by Microsoft), I pass them to Mark. He's the expert.

All I can say is the product is acting funny or not as expected, click on a few things. Most of the time, the worse thing that will happen is it won't help. If it does, you've learned something so your day isn't wasted!

Keep playing/working with the software.

Diane
