I am somewhat new to this version of PC-Stitch and wanted to import a black n white image. However the image is merely made from lines and when i import it the stiches don't look like it at all. Even when i set it to 2 colors.
So, what i did, was create the underlay with that image and that shouwed up nice.
So, i want to print the underlay, but it doesn't do that, only empty squares.
So, how can i print this ?

An underlay isn't part of the pattern. It's simply an aid to make a pattern.

Your problem with importing is caused by the fact that the computer sees things in a far different manner than we do. It just sees the pixels and their definitions. There may also be a problem in the size of the image you are trying to import. Your image needs to be TINY! It should be approximately the same dimensions in pixels as the desired pattern is in stitches. That makes a 1/1 ratio of pixel to stitch and so the cleanest conversion.

However, in even the best case - be prepared to "tweak"! A raw import will never be the best conversion.
