When I need to move a block of stitches around it leaves the backstitching where I put it. How can I grab everything within the selection area and move it as an entire group? I haven't been able to figure this out. thanks Leisa

I want to move 16 rows from the top and put them on the bottom and move the rest up to accommodate. Didn't want to have to redo all that backstitching. Wish me luck :) thanks for your quick reply.

The key is that when you mark what is to be moved, the backstitch HAS to be within the scope of that area. Unless both ends of each backstitch is within the "block" defined to be moved, it won't move!
Unfortunately, that sometimes means extra stitches have to be moved and then moved back.
