Is it possible to have a printable user manual and tutorial? I like to be able to refer to something in front of me when I am trying to learn a new product.

Go to the folder where the product is installed - default is Program Files (x86)/PCStitch 11. The PDF is located there.
You can right-click on file name and select to create a shortcut. Then just rename the shortcut to something like "PCStitch 11 Help" and move it to where you want it (like the desktop).

I only have the one program shortcut. I've looked under help and there is no access to a manual there either. SO frustrated.

There is a PDF manual that is included with the product. There should be a shortcut to it with the other shortcuts created. You can print PDFs but it's not small and will take a fair amount of paper - even if printed duplexed!
