How does this Unlock Key work?

If you purchase PCStitch with a major credit card, we will instantly issue you an unlock key at the conclusion of your order. You will receive your key when you purchase the software via the phone, or our secure Internet web site.
The key allows you to “activate”, or instantly begin using our software. How does that work? Simple! You can download the software directly from our web site. To do so, click on the Download link in the left-hand menu (You can see it on this page). The download section of our web site allows you to download the full version of PCStitch. Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install the software.
After you have successfully downloaded and installed version 7, you use your unlock code to allow you to use all the features. What you have downloaded is the full version, but until you enter you key; you can not print patterns you design. Start-up PCStitch and select Register and Unlock from the File menu. A window will display allowing you to enter your name and unlock key.
That’s it! Our unlock keys allow you to purchase the software, and actually begin using it right away. They also allow you to purchase the software and save on shipping charges. If you choose, you can select our No Ship option when you purchase. You download and unlock the software and save on all shipping charges. Again, this is only an option. If you want the CD, just select a shipping option.
Unlocking is not required. When you purchase our software, you can choose to have the installation CD delivered to you. You do not need an unlock key when installing the software from our CD. If you do not want to use the unlock feature, of the computer you are going to run your software on does not have access to the Internet, you can wait for the CD to arrive and install the software from it.
